04.2. Describe your approach to screening for internally managed active fixed income

Our screening approach involves an exclusion list based on our exclusion criteria (Negative/Exclusionary Screening). Furthermore, our value criteria allows us to perform a best-in-class selection of Corporate and SSA Fixed Income products based on the ESG score they receive (Positive/Best-in-class Screening). Ultimately, some of the indicators in our value criteria process are based on compliance with international norms (Norms-based Screening).
