Amethis Advisory SAS provides investment services to both Amethis Luxembourg S.à.r.l. and Amethis Investment Fund Manager Sarl through a service agreement signed until the inception of the Fund. Amethis. Amethis currently has 4 investment vehicles:

Amethis Fund I: vintage year 2013, 253 millions of €, panafrican, fully invested
Amethis West Africa: vintage year 2014, 45 millions of €, west Africa, fully invested
Amethis Fund II: vintage year 2017, 305 millions of € (latest closing February 4th 2019), panafrican
Amethis Maghreb: vintage year 2013, 75 millions of €, GP management taken over by Amethis in May 2018

The fund operates from Luxembourg, Paris and Abidjan, and opened 2 new offices in 2018, located in Nairobi and Casablanca
