The investment strategy, focus and approach of the Funds, allows Egeria to source deals at attractive prices and to generate successful performance with consistently strong returns. The four key elements of Egeria’s investment strategy are as follows:

a)  Company characteristics

The Fund will make investments in well-performing mid-market companies

b)  Strong pro-active sourcing capabilities

Egeria has an established deal flow network which is the result of the team’s reputation within the Dutch private equity market built on decades of close relationships with key decision makers and market participants.

c)  Identify value potential and risk pre-investment

The Egeria team spends a considerable amount of its own time getting to know first-hand the company, the industry in which it operates, its strengths, weaknesses and management prior to making an investment.

d)  Value added

The Fund will invest in companies where the team believes that they can add value to the business in order to make it grow and double the EBITDA within 5 years, either organically or through acquisitions
