Under the Premiums4Good initiative and as part of normal sourcing of Fixed Income assets QBE is invested in a number of Green Bonds. The classification of these investments for Premiums4Good considers the impact area, the measurement, and verification and reporting. We have mapped the Premiums4Good impact areas with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Impact Management Project and will iterate over time.

Under the Premiums4Good initiative QBE is invested in a number of social bonds, including those for which use of proceeds is specifically directed to women owned businesses, base of the pyramid entrepreneurs, and other SME financing. These are aligned with the Social Bond Principles.

The classification of these investments for Premiums4Good considers the impact area, the measurement, and verification and reporting. We have mapped the Premiums4Good impact areas with the Sustainable Development Goals and the Impact Management Project and will iterate over time.
