All voting instructions are made by email (the team is CC on all voting emails). Confirmation of the vote cast is emailed back to the team prior to the closing date, this enables the team to ensure voting has occurred as they intended. A Voting Register for each client is maintained and a report detailing all activity is provided to all mandated clients quarterly. 

Ensuring the team is CC in on all instruction and confirmation emails provides oversight and ensures the Kinetic Policy is adhered to.

We have taken the above question to mean when we have had concerns with a company we have raised these concerns with the company 50-74% of the time.

When we vote against management our clients are notified of our reason prior to our lodging of the vote.
