07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

Each investment has dedicated Executive and or Investment directors who are members of the company’s board from initial assessment through to post-acquisition.   All ESG issues are raised and discussed at the board level and monitored/resolved.  These ESG issues are also discussed with the Fund's Investment Committee to ensure they kept up to date.
