We participate at the Brazilian PRI engagement group and additionally perform both proactive as reactive actions in order to ensure the sustainability of our investments. Proactively, we highlight the analysis of executive compensation. If we identified politics that can be considerade excessive, we seek to participate in assemblies to express our dissatisfaction with the current policy and try to reverse it. Moreover, in our ongoing meetings with representatives of RI, we encourage companies to publish sustainability reports, preferably in GRI's standards and question aspects that we consider are in disagree with good ESG practices. The engagement is done by fundamentalist analysts following companies covered

Usually we engage with companies when they do not provide disclosure of information which we consider relevant in our ESG analysis. In this contact, we reported on the importance of transparency of these issues.

We monitor the outcome of the engagement actions of the internal team. At the actions of the companies that directly impact their economic and financial situation, progress is monitored quarterly, during the dissemination of results. In other cases, the verification will occur by the time of filling our annual questionnaire.
