UFS has two business units:

The UFS Balance Sheet with a liability profile made up of 90% Church money and 10% Retail money. An asset base of Fixed Income, Lending, Equities, Property and Infrastructure managed both internally and by external investment managers.
The UFS Ethical Diversified Fund (multi asset fund) with our investors predominantly Church investors approx. 99% and 1% external investors.  With a combination of internally managed funds and mandates with investment managers and or investments in unit trusts.
