Arcus Infrastructure Partners is an independent fund manager investing on behalf of institutional investors, focused on European infrastructure investments in the telecoms, transport and energy sectors.
Its sole activity is managing collective schemes and separate, single investment, managed accounts on behalf of investors.
For its first fund, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 1, Arcus deployed c.€2.1bn across six European Infrastructure businesses, with a focus on the telecoms and transport sectors. Its second fund Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 2 is in the process of being raised with a target size of €1.25bn and currently has two investments in the fibre space.
Separately, Arcus manages a co-investment in Alpha Trains as well as three separate managed accounts invested in controlling stakes: one in GTC, the concession of the AmberOne motorway in Poland, and two in TDF, a large telecoms infrastructure business in France.
