SG 07. RI roles and responsibilities

07.1. Indicate the internal and/or external roles used by your organisation, and indicate for each whether they have oversight and/or implementation responsibilities for responsible investment.

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

RI oversight means setting up and updating our RI policy. The implementation is in line with the policy and implies (i) executing ESG analysis prior every new investment and (ii) following up our ESG criteria grid for every investment lines and on an annual basis.

In 2019, we will implement a major overhaul of our ESG process that will define precisely the roles and objectives of every team member in line with the investment process. This is made possible by the recruitment in September 2018 of a person dedicated to ESG activites within our organisation.
