Sanso Investment Solutions is the result of the merger of 3 companies which took place at end June 2017. The company manages approximately EUR 700 M at end 2017 and employs 18 people. It is headquartered in Paris, France.
The company manages equity, fixed income and balanced funds as well as funds of funds and wealth management mandates.
Its ability to design investment solutions tailored to the needs of its clients is one of the key differentiators of the firm. Half of the assets are managed through dedicated funds or mandates.
The second key differentiator is the decision to implement a SRI policy to the vast majority of the assets the firm manages. Hence the decision was taken to sign up to the PRI right after the completion of the merger.
This decision was taken before the merger by the firm top management. It was also decided that the integration of SRI aspects would be progressive with step by step improvements because two thirds of the asset did not integrate any ESG or SRI consideration before the merger.
Consequently Sanso IS is keen to improve and report on progress in the coming years.
