Focus AM has identified a number of potential situations that could lead to a conflict of interest:
- the granting of acceptance of gifts or benefits
- the variable income of employees
- the existence of privileged connections
- the simultaneous exercise of functions with different interests
- the access to privileged information
- the existence of a financial or capitalistic dependence
In order to prevent them, Focus AM has implemented a specific procedure that has to be respected by all employees (code of ethics and operational and compliance procedures).
