Oreima wishes to limit its impact on the environment and strongly believes that a responsible attitude is economically efficient on the long term

Oreima uses a Procedures Handbook which notably includes a compliance /  deontology chapter.

Oreima implements BREEAM or HQE certification on each asset

Oreima has established a GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) annual report since 2014.

Oreima contributes to GRESB, its Fosca II portfolio got a green star. It was shortlisted for best asset manager for small portfolio at Bream awards.

It uses the services of an external compliance advisor.

Oreima strictly complies with governance bodies decisions regarding conflict of interest.

Operating under the guiding principles of a Sustainable Development Charter designed in 2006, the company continues to respect the three main pillars of this Charter by ensuring that all activities are:

•          Socially and culturally equitable

This Charter is based on Oreima’s values which are Respect, Integrity, Independence, Courage and Perseverance.

Oreima aims to avoid conflicts of interest but if one is identified, it is dealt with carefully and in compliance with our internal procedure on that matter. This procedure respects the guidelines edicted by our market authority and best practices.

Potential conflicts of interests within each fund are dealt with Investors of the fund, through the Advisory Board and/or the governing bodies.

Such bodies shall decide on conflicts of interest, such as acquisition or sale of a property to or from an investor’s affiliate, being specified that the Fund and Oreima shall be bound by its decision upon such conflict of interest.
