The investment team at Ownership Capital is responsible for both the financial and ESG analyses of our portfolio companies. They are also responsible for planning, executing and monitoring engagements with the management of portfolio companies. We engage with all our portfolio companies on a continuous basis as part of our ongoing monitoring efforts and base our engagements on rigorous, data-driven analysis and an ongoing dialogue with company management.

Ownership Capital believes that engagement activities will yield optimal results when conducted with a long-term vision and an understanding of a company's strategy. Our 10-year investment approach uniquely positions us to fully incorporate the outcomes of our engagement activities within our overall investment models and ownership processes.
