During the investment process we measure the environmental and social impact that the project will have. We incorporate a risk matrix in which we measure the return that the project will have depending on the actions we take to mitigate the environmental, social and government issues

We do a Due Dilligence process in which we include all the legal, accounting and fiscal issues of the project. The process is supervised by external resources that give us feedback and recommendations on how to precede forward.

Also we have an analysts team responsible for making the external research to assure that we are investing according to benchmarks and best practice.
