07.3. Provide a brief description of your organisations selection, appointment and monitoring of third party property managers and how they contribute to the management of ESG issues for your property investments.

When we appoint our Property Managers we ensure material ESG issues with a financial bearing are covered within the contractual requirements.

Our Property Managers report monthly on ESG issues. The reporting includes progress on the reduction of waste, water and energy consumption in those buildings with common parts, socio/economic/biodiversity and community initiatives, and Health and Safety.
