AP2’s governance principles shall as far as possible also apply to AP2’s holdings in conventional non-listed real estate.AP2 employs a structured process for the analysis, evaluation and follow-up of its non-listed real-estate. As well as sustainability issues, this process also comprises finance, risk and performance analysis. AP2 shall maintain an ongoing and constructive dialogue with non-listed real-estate companies concerning their sustainability efforts, with a view to developing such efforts.
