1 person attends the requests of the members of the trade union, who are members of the pension fund or would like to become members of the pension fund (primarily administrative and information issues). The Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Pension Fund and me (also member of the supervisory board of the pension fund) work on the daily issues related with the pension scheme and pension fund. None of us are full-time dedicated to the pension fund.

Segregated mandate in our case means direct invesntment done by our asset manager and pooled funds means indirect investment done by our asset manager. The supervisory board of the pension fund defines the investment policy and delegates the selection process to the asset manager. Only investment in alternative assets must be approved by the supervisory board.
