Hedge funds

When analysing stocks, we will consider the material and relevant Governance, Social and Environmental factors that could impact the ability of the company to generate sustainable returns both positively and negatively.  For the hedge funds we will focus on factors that could have a material impact within the time-frame for the fund.  In many cases this will mean a principal focus on governance, which is always a key starting point when considering governance and sustainability.  The hedge fund managers will also engage with potential investee companies on relevant and material matters in these areas.
