Post Investment, both our property managers and our internal teams work in partnership to implement recommendations from the Energy & Water reports. Further, in assessing repositioning/redevelopment of the property, our organisation looks to implement ways to provide social benefits from the physical property asset. Each upgrade or redevelopment must also achieve an incremental increase to the potential NABERS rating uplift with a target 4.5 Star rating being achieved.
In assessing existing and potential tenants for our properties, both our internal teams and external property managers/leasing agents must have regard for our Ethical/ESG Investment Policy which specifically excludes certain industries. Tenant selection must adhere to this policy.
