For the dedicated sustainability funds we try to attend all Austrian companies' AGMs in person, whereas for international companies we use the proxy voting platform of IVOX.
For the mainstream funds proxy voting is done mainly via the IVOX platform.

Our voting policy gives a general framework that leaves discretion on details to the fund manager. Therefore exceptions to the policy are not necessary.

In some cases we inform our voting decisions by external voting recommendations, in some cases we do our own research and make voting decisions without external recommendations.
