Natixis AM employs 677 people, as of 31 st December 2017, within its direct scope and within its majority-owned subsidiaires Dorval, H2O, Natixis AM US, Natixis AM Asie and Natixis AM Finance.

Mirova, the RI subsidiary wholly-owned by Natixis AM, is a PRI signatory and reports separately on its own scope. In accordance with PRI’s reporting guidelines, Mirova’s staff ( 75 FTE) is therefore not included in the number of employees mentioned above. However, it is worth highlighting that, from an operational perspective, Mirova’s employees are considered as in-house teams, as they contribute to Natixis AM responsible asset management strategy, notably by providing its PMs with ESG inputs.
