Greencoat Capital LLP (GCL) acts as the Investment Manager to Greencoat UK Wind PLC (UKW), Greencoat Renewables PLC (GR), Greencoat Solar I LP and Greencoat Solar II LP (Solar I and II).

UKW and GR have ESG sections on their websites. The funds’ Investment Policies are included in the Prospectus and the Admission documents of UKW and GR respectively, which can be found on their websites. The private funds, Solar I and II, Investment Policies are contained within the partnership agreements and ESG risks disclosed in pre-investment disclosures sent to investors, this information is not publicly available.
