          We have our own DD template we used with all fund and bond managers to assess investment AND impact process, methodology, values of the house, etc. Everyone approved fund manager has been through this DD.

We only work with active managers using thematic screens who are also able to report against the UN SDGs as such we don't need to set performance targets for them as these are often embedded into their processes.
