07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The Portfolio Managers has the responsibility find ESG investment ideas and to implement them in their portfolios. The Corporate Governance task is to provide ideas and general support when implementing ESG, for example low-carbon strategies. Corporate governance is responsible for voting at holdings in the equity portfolios. Corporate governance leads the work regarding ESG-engagement with companies such as the participation in Nomination Committees and engagement at specific markets where the funds engagement in the Japanese market. Corporate governance leads the work regarding resolutions to AGMs. Persons from Corporate Governance is also the funds delegates in the Ethical Council.

Varaible pay part of over all variable pay, since resposible investment is both included in the ordinary investment decision making and the specific ESG-investments, the performance of these specific investmens is includet in the overall results.

          Mixed experience, from not that long untill multiyears experience of portolio management.
