Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) is a real estate investment manager with EUR 16 billion of assets under management and over 280 staff in 19 locations across Europe and Asia (as at 31 December 2017). We have provided property investment services for our clients for over 25 years and these comprise the management of segregated pension property mandates, on either an advisory or discretionary basis, and the establishment and management of pooled property funds.
