ISPT has mandate agreements to acquire and 'manage' assets on behalf of existing major investors. Several assets were acquired in the reporting year bringing total assets under management of $14,100M, including:

  • 705-721 Hay Street Mall, Perth WA (adjoining assets to enex – 100% ownership)
  • The Myer Centre Brisbane (further 25% interest, taking the Core Fund’s share to 75% ownership)
  • Collins Arch, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC (50% freehold interest in office and retail portion of development)
  • Acquisition of remaining 25% share in 20 former Coles joint venture assets (the Fund now owns 100% of these assets)
  • Winmalee Target Country, Winmalee NSW (100% interest)
  • 791 Burke Road, Camberwell VIC (100% interest)
  • Mornington Central, Mornington (50% interest)
