16.2. Provide an overview of how you ensure your voting policy is adhered to, giving details of your approach when exceptions to the policy are made (if applicable).

Voting is executed by way of a collaborative voting template agreed by the Church Investors Group (CIG). The template is executed by our service provider, ISS. Off template resolutions are referred to the CFB for review and execution. We intervene manually where necessary and review outcomes periodically. An exception is made for share blocked markets in Europe where we don't vote. We also co-file shareholder resolutions.

ISS is mandated to vote the shares in accordance with our voting policy, but in some cases they refer back to us for a decision. We will also instruct ISS to override the template where appropriate.
