04.1. Indicate if in the majority of cases and where the structure of the product allows, your organisation does any of the following as part of the manager appointment and/or commitment process

          We communicate to managers our complete range of ethical policies and expect them to adhere to these policies, with regards to stock selection, voting and engagement, liaising with us on any grey areas.  These requirements are a implicit requirement of keeping the mandate and is reviewed at least annually.
