PR 11.2; most aspects are part of our program requirements. We do, however, not always have the possibility to influence the building process to the extent to include all requirements. Resilient building design and orientation is an example of such a difficulty. We do attempt to include it in our decisions (we prefer east-west oriented houses over north-south due to weather influences); however, it regularly occurs that the authorities/permits do not leave us with any choice.

Regarding environmental site selection requirements we do naturally comply with the legislation on where (not) to build. We will, for example, never build objects in nature reserves.
