With the selection of new direct real estate, sustainability criteria such as energy labels are demonstrably included. With investments in new property projects, attention is being paid to the optimization of energy usage and the use of sustainable materials.
Also in the renovation of projects ESG factors are taken into account. Sustainable materials are used in renovation and we make use of sustainable building techniques; for example, in the past, instead of rebuilding we have used the refurbishing method and stripped the entire building. In addition, our aim is to upgrade the energy labels in our portfolio.
