If (potential) tenants ask for specific improvements, we can (under certain circumstances) provide these. One of our office buildings, for example had outdated climate systems. For the potential tenant, the availability of a climate system was very important. We replaced the old systems with new ones and adjusted these to the usage of the new tenant. The new tenant was satisfied and the new climate systems are more energy-efficient.
