          We define factual targets in the field of ESG and managers are obliged to implement these targets.

07.3. Provide a brief description of your organisations selection, appointment and monitoring of third party property managers and how they contribute to the management of ESG issues for your property investments.

We do not include specific ESG objectives in the selection and contractual phase. However, we only work with professional and well-known property managers. We are convinced that these managers are capable of carrying out our wishes and requirements. In all fields, including ESG, we set targets. The managers are responsible for carrying out these targets. There are no specific ESG related performance monitoring targets. However, it speaks for itself that if a manager does not do his job right, including in the field of ESG, he will first receive a warning and eventually be taken off the job.
