Provide any additional information on your organisation’s performance management, reward and/or personal development processes in relation to responsible investment.
Annual performance reviews with appropriate feedback are conducted with all staff. Staff are not rewarded specifically for their performance on responsible investment. Attendance by staff at local RI conferences and seminars is supported by the Trust.
Describe the level of experience board members/trustees/chief-level staff have with incorporating ESG factors into investment decision-making processes.
Trustees and management are very aware of the importance of RI in the selection of fund managers and will routinely ask questions on ESG of potential managers. Few have formal training in this area.
