We have a 20-page booklet that has been signed by every and each employee and sets out our complete of procedures for identification and treatment of potential conflicts of interest. This booklet is regularly updated when a new potential type of conflicts of interests is identified, and has been reviewed and approved by the French market regulator Autorite des marches financiers.
