We believe that producing superior investment returns will be made possible by maintaining a selective, clearly defined and proven investment strategy. The strategy, is based around investing in stable / growing businesses that are able to deliver a constant growth over a prolonged period to drive value creation and maximise returns to investors.

We are committed to sustainable investing as a key element of our strategy and as a driver of financial returns. We believe that superior returns and sustainable investing are not mutually exclusive. Sustainable investing is a way to increase efficiency, improve transparency, and lower costs, thereby creating value.

We encourage our portfolio companies to be aware of and to manage material environmental risks affecting their business and specifically to:

comply with all the material relevant local environmental laws, standards and regulations;

maintain an environmental and waste managementpolicy;

foster initiatives to reduce the use of resources such as energy, water, paper and packaging

obtain ISO 14000 certifications;

keep track of any serious environmental incidents and conduct full investigations;

foster their sub-contractors to adhere to environmental best practice guidelines;

monitor use of resources and measure CO2 emissions.

We encourage our portfolio companies to be aware of and to manage material social risks affecting their business and specifically to:

comply with all applicable social laws and regulations;

conduct their operations to minimize social risks and in accordance with best practises standards supporting the stability and health of economic andenvironmental system;

abstain from employing child or forced labour.

We will use our voting right to encourage portfolio companies to improve their ESG performance.

We encourage our portfolio companies to be aware of and to manage material governance risk affecting their business.

Responsible investment policy being fully integrated to our investment policy, and therefore cannot be made available to the public.


SG 03. Conflicts of interest

Where necessary and appropriate for Castik to ensure the requisite degree of independence, the following measures will be applied :

-Ensuring the control of the exchange of information between Relevant Persons engaged in collective portfolio management activities or other related activities involving a risk of conflict of Interest where the exchange of information may harm the interest of one or more Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs)and/or Investors;

-In coordination with the Compliance Officer, Board to determine when equities or shares/units of the AIF can be traded by a Director, a Conducting Officer or an employee of the Company, subject to legal or regulatory restrictions.

In addition, Castik organises at least once a year an internal communication to bring employees’ attention on their responsibility to escalate potential risk of Conflicts of Interest.

If the measures adopted under this Policy are not sufficient to prevent the risk of material damage to the AIFs and/or the Investors, or if no preventive measure is in place to prevent the risk of material damage to the AIFs and/or the Investors, the Compliance Officer will raise the situation to the attention of the Board which will decide the most appropriate measure to take.
