Examples of how our property managers consider ESG issues include:  

• Ensure properties are monitored for waste output, energy and water use

• Achieve and maintain third-party green certifications (e.g. LEED and BOMA BEST)

• Engage tenants as active partners in sustainability efforts

• Support local communities by providing support for local charities and community groups
