07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

The main SRI policies at the Group level are defined by the Group Committee for controversial investments that meets twice a year or more frequently in case of extraordinary issues. The committee gathers 2 firm partners, both CIOs for private banking and institutional asset management and the two leaders of the SRI team (one for each branch of the group). The committee defines the overall policies for the group regarding all controversial investments, set up guidelines and monitor communication.

At the business level, the SRI committee meets monthly and is in charge of the day to day implementation of the SRI policies. The committee is constituted by SRI team members and people coming from different investment and support teams that devote part of their time to SRI issues.

The dedicated SRI team is in charge of the production of all kind of SRI information required to implement the ESG strategies in the portfolios. The Lombard Odier's SRI team in charge of ESG issues is composed of persons coming from the two main part of the group: the private banking branch and the institutional asset management branch. The team is co-headed by two specialized professionals: one focuses on Impact Investing and is based in the private banking branch; the other one is specialized in socially responsible investing through listed instruments and is located on the institutional asset management side.

Our portfolio managers apply to their accounts SRI adjusted investment processes and are in charge of the performance. Compliance team and risk managers are in charge of monitoring the full respect of regulation and specific SRI guidelines.
