Nordeas Policy for Responsible Investment describes our strategy, vision and mission and RI investment framework. Key components in our approach to responsible investing and Nordeas RI policy is active ownership through engagements, offering RI products and solutions, integration of ESG into the investment process as well as excluding companies which are producing illegal weapons or are involved in the development or production phase of nuclear weapon programmes. Nordea also use ESG sovereign bond ratings to better understand ESG risks associated with these investments. Nordea does not invest in sovereign bonds issued by governments which are subject to broad sanctions and/or fail to respect human rights.

The policy framework is based on international norms and conventions and is applied to all funds and portfolios managed by Nordea Investment Management, both internally managed and externally managed, so called white labelled funds. The policy does not apply to funds of funds investing in external funds and funds within Nordeas Guided Fund Universe. OA

SG 03. Conflicts of interest

The BAs and GFs shall have procedures in place on how to disclose occurred conflicts

of interest in connection with performance of investments services and ancillary services

to the customer in question. The relevant persons shall have clear information on

these procedures. The local Compliance Officer should always be involved before disclosing

the conflicts of interest to the customer.
