Roles present in your organisation

07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

CEO is chairman of responsible investment committee and CIO participate as well as other high level management.

PM - follow up on ESG rating distribution of holdings and exclusion list part of AM system

Investment analyst - all analysis should include ESG considerations

RI staff - implement and develop the RI policy, ESG analysis and active ownership activities

External managers - required to comply with RI policy

IR - based on input to CSR report and RI annual report they will meet investors

In addition to the eight dedicated RI staff internally, several people have work responsibilities related to RI as part of their job position. For example the Corporate Governance team manages voting and the Sustainable Finance Unit drives ESG in the whole organization.
