For properties in Switzerland we have an exclusive property manager. Outside Switzerland, we collaborate with local property managers. We preferably select managers were we previously have had good experience. The contracts include certain ESG clauses, e.g. in relation to the selection of tenants. The property managers are monitored by means of regular reporting as well as site visits.

Third party property managers are key for the implementation of our ESG strategy and measures in daily practice, e.g. energy conservation.
