Infrastructure Capital Group Limited (ICG) is the investment manager of two wholesale, unlisted infrastructure funds, being Diversified Infrastructure Trust and Energy Infrastructure Trust and the newly-created Northern Territory Infrastructure Development Fund. 

DIT and EIT are both public trading trusts within the meaning of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 and managed investment schemes within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001.  ANZ Specialist Asset Management Ltd is the trustee  of EIT and DIT.  ICG was appointed as manager of EIT in 2004 and DIT in 2006 under separate Investment Management Agreements. ICG was appointed the investment manager of the Northern Territory Infrastructure Development Fund in April 2017, also under separate Investment Management Agreement.

ICG is a specialist infrastructure manager with broad capabilities in origination, development, execution, financing and management of a diverse range of infrastructure assets including energy production and distribution, and transportation assets such as ports and airports.  ICG holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) number 237518 and is authorised to provide financial advice and deal in financial products to wholesale clients.

ICG executives have extensive experience as specialist advisers and investment managers in the infrastructure sector, particularly in the following sectors:

  • Transport - Ports, Toll roads
  • Energy - Renewable Energy, Gas-Fired Generation and Gas Transmission
  • Public Private Partnerships - Social Infrastructure Assets
  • Utilities - Regulated Assets, Utilities

  • Strong background across project & structured  financing; with ICG responsibilities include bid management and structuring

Edward Lloyd - Director

  • Strong background across acquisition and divestment of assets across sectors including regulated utilities, energy generation, airports, ports, rail, roads and social infrastructure
