Other key staff (e.g. Actis Compliance Manager) spend some of their time working on Responsible Investment issues. The Operations teams and Value Creation Group within each of the asset classes are actively engaged on the implementation of ESG initiatives and the management of ESG issues.

Responsible Investment is one of our four core values and Actis Executive Committee (the governing committee) are required to demonstrate how they have contributed to this value. Executive Committee remuneration is linked to responsible investment performance. Actis RI Team deliver ESG presentations to the Executive Committee and as well as regular one-on-one meetings regarding ESG skills and knowledge.
