01.6. Provide a brief description of the key elements, any variations or exceptions to your investment policy that covers your responsible investment approach. [Optional]

Environmental, social and corporate governance considerations are integral to our investment process, as they reflect the sustainability of companies and markets in the long term. We expect these issues will only increase in importance as drivers of opportunity and value in the future.

As such, we actively manage all investment risk factors, including ESG factors and this approach applies to all our investment options. We consider this being an active owner. Being an active owner means that we must make many decisions and undertake a range of actions that integrate ESG considerations into our investment process.

Each of the decisions and activities falls into one of three areas:

ESG integration  - integreating ESG considerations into each step of the investment process.
Stewardship - using our influence primarily through voting and engagement and
Providing choice

These three areas are supported by collaboration initiatives and reporting activities.
