C) The search for the adaptation of the properties with the objective of guaranteeing the accessibility to the people with special needs;
D) The adoption of ESG aspects in the tenant evaluation process;
E) The adoption of certifications related to real estate.
Therefore, it is advisable to analyze the pertinence of the necessary adoption of certifications, directing the processes of evaluations / assessments / analysis of real estate of PREVI. The acquisitions made since 2009 have been guided by such guidelines, as well as possible efforts to revitalize the pre-existing assets.
