Karara Capital has a policy in place to manage conflicts of interest that arise in relation to the provision of the financial services it is authorised to provide.
The policy is designed to assist Karara to:
1. identify conflicts of interest relating to its business;
2. assess and evaluate those conflicts; and
3. implement an appropriate response to manage those conflicts, whether it be by:
a) controlling conflicts of interest through use of internal controls and procedures ,
b) disclosing conflicts of interests; or
c) avoiding conflicts of interest.
