CAIXA/VITER has a formal Comittee - Planing and Managing Comittee - which composition include the CEO/VITER, CIO/VITER among other members of VITER Board that oversees the implemantion responsible investment and are reported of relevant information concerning that theme. Futhermore, Investment Comittees of VITER  receives information from Equity Research team that have reached a quantitative procedure to incorporate the companies' ESG matters and issues through time and project their impacts on companies' P&L. Therefore, it is possible to valuation reports including ESG assessment, indicate adition of value to the company.

The ESG staff of CAIXA is around 34 people. It is important to highlight that CAIXA/VITER does not allocated a staff specially dedicated do responsible investment. The activities and responsibilities are divided among investment/portfolio management team, equity research/analyse team and compliance team.
