With the support of an external ESG rating agency, the CEO makes sure that the engagement activity is in line with the Cometa Engagement policy and informs the BoDs regarding the engagement proposal for the final decision.

Moreover the CEO informs the external portfolio managers about the engagement activities within the investeed portfolio.

There are no dedicated employees to the engagement activity in Cometa because the bulk of the activity for engaging with corporates is carried out by an ESG external provider.
