07.2. For the roles for which you have RI oversight/accountability or implementation responsibilities, indicate how you execute these responsibilities.

CEO / CIO and management board decide about ESG strategy. They are regularly informed about the sustainable investment process and discuss sustainable investment issues with head of division/department, portfolio management, and sustainability advisory board.

Head of division/department are regularly informed about the sustainable investment process by portfolio management and report to CEO / CIO and sustainability advisory board. They discuss sustainable investments issues with portfolio management and decide about issues which are not basic.

Portfolio management is responsible for proper execution of the sustainability rules and reports to CEO / CIO and head of division/department. The portfolio managers stay in touch with the external managers, this includes ESG issues. The ESG strategy for investments is developed by portfolio management together with Head of division/department.

External managers for segregated mandates on our behalf have to obey the sustainability rules and are responsible for to comply with them.
