Resolution Capital has a clearly defined proxy voting policy, with important elements as follows:

Policy Statement: It is the policy of RCL to vote on those resolutions it believes may have a material effect on security holders. The purpose of the Resolution Capital Voting Policy is to ensure that staff acts in the best interest of clients as shareholders.

We ensure the Voting Policy is followed with various procedures in place to ensure all voting occurs and is recorded correctly. We utilise various proxy voting platforms. We maintain a record of all voting on behalf of clients.
